The compact space of 49.9 square meters was designed by designer Mikhail Kurnosov for a young man who stays in Minsk during business trips. The task was to create a strict, architectural, minimalist interior with a minor mood, in which all the furniture forms a unified «landscape» of the space. «The concept is based on the creation of four zones: an entrance hall with a dressing room and a laundry room, a common ‘recreation’ zone of the kitchen-living room, a private zone of the bedroom with a loggia, as well as a combined bathroom, ” the designer reports. Each separate zone was solved by allocating large integral volumes and harmonizing the scale. The designer tried to capture as much natural light as possible and activate the space through bright color and graphic techniques.
