DETERM — это зоны отдыха, созданные специально для караванов, странствующих по пустыне.
Их подземное расположение позволяет путникам полностью защититься от экстремальных условий, с которыми можно столкнуться, путешествуя по пустыне, а особое внутреннее устройство, напоминающее термитник, способствует регуляции температуры внутри чилл-зон и позволяет сохранить прохладу днем и тепло ночью.
