ABC Dinamo Galapagos
Galapagos is a modular font system that emerged as a physical table game consisting of separate segments of lines printed on square cards measuring 15×15 cm, which can be combined with endless numbers of ways.
Just as the Galapagos Islands became a natural laboratory for species diversity, the font forms its own «ecosystem» by graphing from a limited set of modules. The 13 largest islands of the Archipelago are the basis of the visual calendar system and are re-created from font elements.
Stacks
The calendar uses two grid levels: the main seven columns, as well as an auxiliary grid based on the font itself. It is used to build geographic objects on each poster.
