Olga Valerievna was born in Omsk in 1984. Since 2013, he has lived in St. Petersburg. Olga Road: The idea of creating a book entitled Mental Comics. People’s stories came after I met the author’s comic book genre. The book was conceived as an «illustrated textbook» or a psychiatry manual. This format was inspired by my pedagogical experience of teaching psychiatry in students. But I later moved away from such an idea in favour of creating a scientific and popular publication available to a wide range of readers. As the issues of the modern organization of mental health care, symptoms and patterns of mental disorders remain poorly covered, I wanted to convey information in an understandable and interesting way, dispelling the most common myths about psychiatry.
