The central idea is to portray the digital space as a kind, creative, and slightly chaotic world of self-expression.

Each person lives in their own world, which is why the screen windows appear as portals into different digital fantasies. Despite the differences between these worlds, the characters continue to interact with one another, creating a shared space of communication.

In the visual style, I wanted to combine elements of retro interfaces, pixel graphics, and Y2K aesthetics. This year, I visited China, and I was amazed by the abundance of bright, bold, and colorful designs throughout the cities. Without even realizing it, Asian pop culture began to influence my creative work.

I wanted to show how this style could be applied within a brand identity, so I developed widget concepts for a screen interface and a smartphone case. On the phone case, the character encounters their digital alter ego.

The illustration explores how technology shapes a new aesthetic: digital space is perceived not as cold technology, but as a place of freedom, imagination, and genuine emotion.
