A potential topic for protecting a utility model and invention patent within the framework of a master’s program at the National Research University Higher School of Economics. The essence of the utility model and invention patent isn’t about using four different wheeled boxes with a winch to transport four different businesses in the bed of a van or pickup truck. That’s an age-old idea. The key lies in how it’s secured to the floor. That is, a mount that avoids re-registration with the traffic police and maintains the truck’s geometry. This will make it possible to manufacture and sell the mount, freezer, replaceable cargo cartridge, and bed extension as a separate device, rather than an entire van.
