The apartment is designed as a weekend space for a young family. The space with a free layout had a number of advantages — a beautiful view of the sea, as well as its own boiler room in the house. In the kitchen, therefore, there was no gas boiler, which is characteristic of the local development and strongly affects the layout of the house.
The center of the apartment was the kitchen-living room, the walls for the bedroom were built of metal frames and glass. The ceiling height is relatively small — 2.7 meters, so the authors of the project decided not to lower it, but to use concrete as a finishing material in the interior of the building.
