Nearly all climatic and atmospheric conditions are identical with terrestrial conditions, but the soil releases toxic evaporatives. Long-term absorption of toxic air can cause serious damage to human health. Humanity has decided to settle down here until the location of a more suitable planet.

Because of the need to place people, construction on this planet has started.
