The collection is based on a visual study of the transformation of the protective costume from an individual protection device to a fashion element. The Red Forest is about 202 km² of pine trees, which took the largest share of radioactive dust emissions during the explosion of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in 1986. A high dose of radiation led to their colouring in brown.
