In the center of Moscow, in the building of the former administration, there is a small apartment of 26 square meters, which thanks to thoughtful design has turned into an example of multifunctional housing. This project demonstrates how limited space can be creatively used to create a functional and stylish living environment. The height of 3.7 meters creates a feeling of spaciousness, despite the small footage of the apartment. Two levels are connected by a staircase, which allows to separate the living and sleeping areas. The redevelopment was minimal, the main emphasis was on the optimization of storage systems. To achieve the conceptual goal — minimalism with unique accents, non-standard elements were added, such as gradient paint, curvilinear shapes and a decorative composition of wires.
